• consulting agreements, employment and proprietary rights agreements and nondisclosure agreements;
• licensing of patents, copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property;
• identifying and resolving trademark and copyright issues that arise as clients establish, market and apply their commercial identity to their products and services in domestic and foreign markets;
• filing and prosecuting applications for trademark registrations; and
• coordinating with patent prosecutors to register and manage client patents.
